I bought this chair years and years ago from the DI for $7 thinking that I would use it as a project and re-upholster it. I did eventually buy some material but it is sitting in a closet and the chair looks the same. Consequently, the boys have learned that I don't really care too much about this particular piece of furniture and have made it their own personal climbing gym/trampoline/snack eating place. One or the other of them is usually on it and if it happens to be H first, there will be yelling and growling if someone else tries to get on.
He doesn't just sit on it normally either. He can often be found, balancing himself on the arm of the chair, but only for a few seconds. He is our little monkey boy, constantly climbing on things and then jumping off.
